The awards are intended to raise the bar on window treatment style and design innovation. Judges took special care to weigh in on the demonstrable effects such new technologies had on consumers. They honed in on Norman® kid-friendly cordless technologies seen in all three products: the enhanced modern style, adjustability and light blocking of SmartFit® Dual Shades with Frame; the improved light blocking in Norman®’s Ultimate™ Faux Wood Blinds from its pivoting rail technology; and the extra light protection beneath the headrail offered by Norman®’s Synchrony™ Vertical Blinds. In addition, judges were impressed with the creativity and innovation seen in Norman® marketing technologies.
